Ingredients
2 - 3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 - 3 cloves Garlic, Smashed
1 - 2 tsp Extra Hot Peperoncino Calabrese
12 oz Tomato Passata/Purée
½ cup Cream
¼ - ½ cup Parm
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 oz pasta of choice

Directions
Step 1
Add olive oil & garlic to pan over medium heat
Step 2
Let simmer for 1-2 minutes until garlic becomes soft and fragrant
Step 3
Add peperoncino calabrese & mix into garlic oil, let simmer on medium-low heat for 1 minute
Step 4
Add tomato puree & mix together until combined
Step 5
Let simmer for 1-2 minutes
Step 6
Add salt & cream. Stir into tomato sauce & simmer until sauce becomes thick & creamy, about 2-3 minutes
Step 7
Add parmesan & mix into sauce
Step 8
Add your favorite pasta (filled pasta is delicious with this sauce) & enjoy!
