Ingredients
½ stick Butter
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
½ cup Heavy Cream
¼ cup Parmesan
Pasta Water (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 oz pasta of choice
Directions
Step 1
Melt Butter over medium heat
Step 2
Once Melted add garlic powder and whisk into butter
Step 3
Add tomato paste & stir until butter & paste are fully incorporated
Step 4
Let simmer for 1-2 minutes, tomato will become a deep red
Step 5
Whisk in cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce becomes thick
Step 6
Add parmesan & stir to combine
Step 7
Add your favorite pasta with a little pasta water to loosen up the sauce & enjoy!
